Chism Group LLC provides affordable administrative and technological assistance to start-ups, small businesses, faith-based organizations and individuals. We offer an array of general business solutions, training and support, website and print media development, and administrative and management assistance.

Our team has over twenty years of management and technological experience in the non-profit, healthcare, corporate and faith-based industries. While in school and working for a company that struggled to operate due to limited resources, we saw the need to start a company that would provide resources to help organizations thrive in today’s competitive market.

Maurice's love for computers began in elementary school while writing computer programming codes using PASCAL. Later he studied computer diagnostic, repair, website development, website programming, networking and security formally at Kaplan and Devry Universities along with Delaware County Community College and through other hands-on experiences.

His administrative background began at an early age working in non-profit and faith-based organizations. His first position directly out of high school was under the office manager at Behavioral Health Insurance Company located in Philadelphia, PA. Maurice's career continued as he played major leading administrative roles in customer service, software development, system testing and execution, medical billing and claims, medical credentialing and contracting and management in both corporate and non-profit organizations.

At times, you can find Maurice enjoying some quiet time with his family, coaching football at a local boys club, assisting with his local Home and School Association and his fraternity.
He is a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, African-American Chamber of Commerce, Freelancers Union, PhillyCAM, Urban League of Phuladelphia.
After completing the Health Administration degree program at Arcadia University, Kafi started her career in the non-profit industry in 1995 as a research assistant. She was responsible for gathering program outcomes and output data for a multi-year children's mental health project funded by National Institutes for Health.

Intrigued by the non-profit and business management sectors, Kafi later obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has held several management positions in program management, finance, human resources, training, development, contract management, administration and volunteer management at a local and national organizations.

Kafi has strong administrative, analytical management and strategic planning skills which help her to develop methods to increase program outputs and income for several organizations.

Outside of work, Kafi is an active community leader for a few local non-profit, educational and faith-based organizations. She enjoys helping others achieve success and she wants to help you.
